Dr. Arthur D. Jennings (DMin, Ph.D. Can)

Arthur Jennings, President, is one of the original founding members of the Talladega Seven Organization. Arthur Jennings is a native son of Alabama, raised in Talladega from youth and attended Talladega High School.

 

Arthur Jennings is an accomplished, professional with more than 21+ years of experience developing and executing all aspects of outreach and mentoring to increase support among individuals, communities, and organizations in Alaska, Alabama, Michigan, and Texas; a proven leader who has a deep understanding of social relations; accomplished track record of synchronizing outreach curricula and feeding the homeless. Hand selected by multiple church leaders and very instrumental in developing and leading multiple church outreach opportunities to key audiences resulting in strengthening unprecedented interactions between key church leaders in San Antonio, Texas and the San Antonio, Texas community.  Arthur is a Counselor, Pastor, Chaplain, Mentor, who has piloted, implemented, and facilitated a successful mentorship program (see dissertation online) with a 100% success rate for Hispanic and African American males.

 

In pursuant of Academic Excellence, Arthur Jennings was given the Academic honors: lifelong member of Phi Kappa Phi, lifetime member of Delta Epsilon Iota, Alpha Chi, The Gamma Beta Phi Society, and (named) Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges.

Arthur earned his Doctorate Degree from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan and is currently working on a second Doctoral Degree in Psychology. He earned his MDiv holding the highest GPA in his graduating class; he earned two Bachelor’s Degrees respectfully in BA in Arts and a BA in Science from Oakwood University (HBCU) in Huntsville, Alabama where he earned the highest recognition ever in the history of the university as the first and only in the history of the University Theology Department to have the highest GPA graduating Summa Cum Laude, given that distinct recognition by then University President Delbert W. Baker.; and earned an A.A. Degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage in Anchorage, Alaska.

Chief Warrant Officer 4 (R) Alan (Dewayne) Wilson, Strategic Marketing Director, is one of the original founding members of the Talladega Seven Organization. Strategic Marketing Director Alan Wilson is a native son of Talladega, Alabama. He is a 1986 graduate of Talladega High School. He enlisted in the US Army in August of 1986 and retired in 2011 after a rewarding and distinguished 25-year career, at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) of the Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Branch. After retiring from the Army, Alan has continued his service to the nation in support of his beloved Air Defense/Air and Missile Defense branch as a civilian contractor. Serving as Strategic Marketing Director, Alan brings an innumerable amount of detailed efficiency in overseeing, evaluating, and developing the Talladega Seven Organizations marketing sector. His 25 years of Military service working with active duty, reserve, and civilian personnel offers a plethora expertise in identifying potential customers, coordinating marketing projects from start to finish, building the Talladega Seven brand awareness and positioning, effectively communicating the marketing plan to various organizations, and using research methods for planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

 Alan prides himself in his love for family, community, country, and state. He is an avid Alabama fan and resides in El Paso TX. It is a great honor for him to work with his friends and fellow founding members in every capacity possible to give back to the community that provided him a solid foundation and helped mold him into the man that he is today. ROLL TIDE!

Will H. Twymon -Transformation Builders & Design (Entrepreneur)

Business Owner Will H. Twymon, and Community Director, is one of the seven original founding members of the Talladega Seven Organization. Will Twymon, a native and current resident of Talladega, AL brings his 25+ years of business aptitudes to the Talladega Seven Organization. As a local licensed Business owner who believes in giving back to the community Will employs approximately 5 workers and currently operates an apprenticeship in teaching and educating those in design under his direct tutelage. Serving as both a technician at Precision Strip and a Field Engineer at Brasfield & Gorrie General Contracts, Will’s advanced technological skills attained from his 19 protracted years at Precision Strip Inc. and as a contracted field engineer expertise includes but was not limited to layout work, mechanical drawings, plumbing and electrical certifications, custom design, and time serving as a set-up technician. His combined experience and skills allow him to serve as Community Director in uplifting the community both with his building and organizing acumen. Will is a Graduate from the School of Engineering of under Brasfield and Gorrie schooling and certifications. With his dedication and commitment to always serving at his best, every community will benefit from extraordinary work ethic including the Talladega Seven Organization. Will’s Motto: “If I don’t have time to do it right the first time, then when will I have time to do it over”.

Command Sergeant Major (CSM)-Retired Walter L. Jones Jr (USAR)

CSM Walter Jones, is one of the seven original founding members of the Talladega Seven Organization.  CSM Jones, a native and current resident of Talladega, AL, brings 34 years of Military experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow financially and succeed.  A Graduate of Excelsior College with a Bachelor of Science with focus areas in Administration / Management Studies and Communications.  Graduated from the United States Sergeant Major Academy in 2016.  Experience as a CSM: Serves as the principal advisor to the Commander on all enlisted issues; Monitor all professional development trends and assesses training at all levels.  Accomplishments: Analyzed statistical data and created briefings for superiors to ascertain trends, conformance to standards, directives, and operations efficiency.  As a Logistics Sergeant Major (SGM), maintained 100% accountability of $10 million worth of Army equipment within the Brigade.  Notable achievements; 2018, Battalion won the Brigade CSM trophy for most improved Battalion, in terms of Commanding General key metrics.  2019, efforts directly led to the Battalion winning the Brigade Commander’s Trophy for the best Battalion in the Brigade and ranking #3 of 14 Battalions on the 412TH TEC key performance indicators.  As a result, rated as one of the top two Command Sergeants Major in the Brigade by the Brigade Commander.
